What items may I place in the Roll-off? |

Roll-offs are designed to dispose of all types of debris with the exception of hazardous materials. However, there are limitations on weight, so if you are planning on disposing of concrete, dirt or other heavy items, please mention that at the time you order to avoid problems at the time of pick up. |

What different sizes are available? |

We offer three different sizes, they are as follow:
-10 yard - 3.5 ft high, 8 ft wide, 16 ft long
-15 yard - 4.5 ft high, 8 ft wide, 16 ft long
-30 yard - 6 ft high, 8 ft wide, 22 ft long |

We do offer a volume discount, however, there are several other factors which help determine the cost as well. Please provide us with as much information as possible when you speak with one our representatives or contact us through this website. |

All of Colorado Springs and most surrounding areas, including Manitou Springs, Fountain, Widefield and Security. Areas outside of these boundaries may be considered, based on distance and the season, please call our office for more information. |

How high can I fill the containers? |
| Answer: |
Based on the fact that all containers, by law, must be tarped in order to transport them to the landfill. We ask that the containers are not filled higher than sides to avoid delays at time of pick up. Should there be too much in the container, we will have to ask for it to be removed prior to hauling it away. |

Where can you place the Roll-offs? |

Roll-offs can be placed on any level ground, given enough maneuvering space for the truck and container. |

How do I pay for the Roll-off, will you bill me? |

We ask that all payments are received at the time of delivery, with the acception to rental fees which would be required at the time of pick up. We do offer billing for projects where multiple boxes would be needed, we would only require a commercial application to be filled out prior to the first delivery. |

If I need a second container, will you bring an empty box along when you pick up the full, or do you need to take the full one, empty it, then bring it back? |

In most cases will we try bring an empty container with us so that there is no down time, and you can continue your work. However, sometimes due to a lack of space we may need to empty the box that is already there and bring it back. |

Can you provide storage containers or portable restrooms? |

Bestway Disposal does not directly offer storage container services, however, we can assist you in locating various suppliers of this service. Bestway is now offering portable restrooms services. Our service area includes Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Fountain, Security & Widefield. Other surrounding areas of Colorado Springs also may be considered. Services include restrooms for special events or construction sites. Please call our office for more information. |

Yes, all three sizes have doors that open to allow for a lower loading level. |

We deliver and pick up containers Monday through Friday. |
